Terms of Service
The rules for using I’m So Sorry I Lied AI.
最近更新: 2026-10-22
By using I’m So Sorry I Lied AI at imsosorryiliedai.com (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. Questions: zhouhaotian602@gmail.com.
What the Service does
You upload photos, pick costumes, and we use AI to put the people (and pets) in your photo into Halloween costumes. You can also turn the results into a slideshow video, made on your device.
Your account
You must be an adult (or have your parent’s or guardian’s permission) to create an account. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for what happens in your account.
Photos you upload
- Only upload photos you have the right to use: of yourself, of people who agreed, or of children you are the parent or guardian of.
- Don’t upload photos of celebrities or strangers, or anything illegal, sexual, hateful or meant to harass, deceive or impersonate someone.
- You keep all rights to your photos. You let us process them only to provide the Service.
What you make
- AI results vary and can contain mistakes. They are meant for fun and personal sharing.
- You may use the images and videos you make for personal use and on social media.
- Don’t use results to mislead people about what really happened, to impersonate anyone, or to harm anyone.
- Costumes you describe yourself must be family-friendly; we may refuse requests that aren’t.
Sound
Slideshow videos are silent. If you add a sound in TikTok or another app, that app’s rules and licences apply.
Credits and payments
- Credits are bought in one-time packs through Stripe. No subscription.
- Credits don’t expire, have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
- A costume photo costs the credits shown before you generate; slideshow videos are free.
- If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no automated scraping, and no use that breaks the law or these terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features, and update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
