Privacy Policy

This policy explains how I’m So Sorry I Lied AI (“we”, “us”), at imsosorryiliedai.com, handles your information. Questions: zhouhaotian602@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address and name, and your profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Photos you upload — used only to make the costume photos you ask for (see below).
• What you make — the looks you generate and the choices behind them (costumes, versions), so we can show them to you and refund failed ones.
• Purchases — which credit pack you bought, when, and the amount. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Technical data — IP address, approximate country, browser language and basic request logs, used for security, fraud prevention and keeping the service running.

Your photos

• Your photo is sent to our AI image provider only to generate the images you request. It isn’t used to train models by us, and we don’t sell it.
• We don’t keep copies of your photos. Generated images are shown only to your account, for a limited time — download the ones you want to keep.
• Slideshow videos are made on your own device and never uploaded to us.
• Only upload photos of yourself, of people who agreed, or of children you are the parent or guardian of.

How we use information

To run the service (sign-in, generating images, credits and refunds), to process payments, to answer support requests, to prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations. We don’t sell personal information and we don’t show ads.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the site work, each for its own part:

• Cloudflare — hosting and database.
• Google — sign-in, if you choose “Sign in with Google”.
• Stripe — payments.
• Our AI image provider — generating your images from your photos.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons. Generated images are kept only briefly. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop processing it, by emailing zhouhaotian602@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California) you may have further rights, and the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

Children

Accounts are for adults. Children can appear in photos uploaded by their parent or guardian, but the service isn’t meant to be used by children themselves.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above; important changes will be shown on the site.
